How long does shipping take and what are the options?
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free on orders over $50)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($9.99)
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day ($19.99)
International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on destination. All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:
- 30-day return window for unused, unopened products
- Free returns for damaged or defective items
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- For hygiene reasons, opened nail polish bottles cannot be returned

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our nail products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and all our ingredients are plant-derived or synthetic alternatives. We're proud to be certified by both PETA and Leaping Bunny as cruelty-free. Our formulas are also free from harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, camphor, and more.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
Due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship nail polish to certain countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us for alternative solutions.
How do I remove gel nail polish at home?
For safe gel polish removal at home:
- File the shiny top coat lightly with a nail file
- Soak cotton pads in acetone-based remover
- Place soaked cotton on each nail and wrap with aluminum foil
- Wait 10-15 minutes (don't peek!)
- Gently push off softened gel with an orange stick
- Buff lightly to remove any residue
- Wash hands and apply cuticle oil to rehydrate
Never peel or force gel polish off as this can damage your natural nails. For best results, use our professional gel polish remover kit.
How many coats of polish should I apply?
For optimal results with our polishes:
- Regular polish: Apply 1 base coat, 2 thin color coats, and 1 top coat
- Gel polish: Apply 1 base coat, 2 thin color coats (curing between each), and 1 top coat
- Sheer colors: May require 3 thin coats for full opacity
- Dark/neon colors: Often achieve full coverage in 1-2 coats
Always allow each coat to dry slightly before applying the next (30-60 seconds for regular polish, cure according to lamp instructions for gel). Thinner coats last longer and dry more evenly than thick coats.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We're sorry if your product arrived damaged! Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We'll either send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—your choice! For international orders, we may offer a partial refund if reshipping isn't practical.
